Vince Casale worked on his first political campaign at age 5, handing out pens at a county fair and since that time has become an experienced political consultant specializing in television and radio production with an emphasis on strategic message development, creative concepts and communications.

Aside from media and communications his campaign work has included: grassroots field work, speech writing, GOTV, fundraising and general strategy.  He has worked on numerous statewide and local races including gubernatorial, congressional, U.S. Senate and Presidential campaigns.

Vince is owner and founder of The Casale Group, a Political Consulting and Communications firm headquartered in Cooperstown, NY with a presence in Albany and New York City. The company has served political candidates, private industry and government entities to develop effective messages and marketing tactics that have received national recognition.  The Casale Group is a multiple “Pollie Award” winner and a 2010 “Reed Award” finalist and a 2011 “Reed Award” winner – both nationally recognized honors for excellence in political campaign work.

His political accomplishments consist of several New York State Legislative races including the media consulting on key races that helped the New York Republican Assembly Conference achieve its largest majority in decades.  Vince was the media consultant again on a Special Election to maintain the New York State Assembly’s veto proof minority.  Vince was also instrumental in the planning and implementing of the strategy to help the Conservative Party of New York regain Row C in 2010.

Vince has been a sought after consultant for several statewide candidates and to help secure positions on the ballot during New York GOP State Conventions.  In 2012, he was part of the team that took a Republican US Senate candidate from relative obscurity to leading party nominee and eventual primary victor, besting a sitting US Congressman and County elected official with more than 50% of the vote in the three way contest.

Other successful campaigns include the electing of Judge Michael Coccoma, who is now Deputy Chief Administrative Judge overseeing all courts outside of New York City; State Supreme Court Judge Jim McClusky who was the highest vote getter out of nine candidates in a six county district; and Marc Molinaro, who overwhelmingly won election to Dutchess County Executive.

Vince has also worked with several County Boards to fight against mounting Democratic challenges.  All of his Legislatures retained and increased their majorities during those elections.  In 2008, several of Vince’s candidates were successful during the “Obama” surge and Democratic wave.

Vince’s client list includes several political organizations and groups such as: NYS Republican Assembly Campaign Committee, Former Governor George Pataki’s Tipping Point PAC and No American Debt, Iraq Veterans for Congress, Young Republican National Federation, Federation of Illinois Young Republicans and David Malpass’ GROWPAC.

Vince has appeared on TV, radio and in print as a political expert commenting on a host of topics.  He is a regular guest and columnist on “The Right Hook” blog and radio program and has been a guest lecturer and presenter on the subject of political and media strategy and history.  He also served for more than a decade as a professional fundraiser raising millions of dollars for political candidates and non-profit organizations.

Vince is an Accent on Excellence honoree, a 40 under 40 award winner and a LMV Follow the Leader award recipient.
